Well, gentle reader, I am delighted to inform you that while my blog has been more quiet of late, things have certainly been happening in my writing life!
I’m so pleased and excited to announce that Laura Crockett of TriadaUS is now my literary agent. Eeep! So exciting.
It’s so gratifying to feel like the last four and a half years of writing, working, querying and trying my hand at this novel-writing thing have paid off. I know this is just the first step on the long road to publishing a book, but it’s such a crucial first step and I’m so grateful to have an agent like Laura to help me navigate the process. I have to also say thanks to the many authors and writers whose blogs and articles and twitter threads helped me understand the process and inspired me to keep working and not give up. (Hopefully I can pay forward all that helpful advice someday! #queryonwarriors)
So here I go, ready to embark on a new part of the process and excited for all I’m going to learn. Thanks for celebrating with me!
